Joint committees (JC58)

The new joint committees (JC58) of the ANQ Board, in which all members will be equally represented, are to function as links between the other various ANQ committees in accordance with the stipulations of Article 58a of the Swiss Healthcare Insurance Act (KVG).  Their main responsibility will be to ensure efficient implementation and continuing development of the corresponding concepts for quality improvement (in German) Further information will be provided following the ratification of the Quality Agreement for hospitals and clinics based on Article 58a KGV by the Swiss Federal Council (expected by the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2022).
